Welcome to Parvan Art. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through our website and apply to all artworks, prints, and related products sold by Parvan Art (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

All artworks are original creations by Parvan Art or limited-edition prints. Each piece may vary slightly in color, texture, and appearance due to lighting or screen settings.
We strive to present our artworks as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display reflects true colors.

2. Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in pricing, stock, or payment authorization.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the secure payment options available on our website.
Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship artworks worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of artwork (originals or prints).
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Parvan Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other external factors beyond our control.

5. Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply when shipping internationally.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Each artwork is carefully inspected and packaged. Due to the unique nature of original art, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives damaged.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Parvan Art.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any artwork or image without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Parvan Art shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our artworks or website.

Your personal information is collected and used solely for processing your order and providing customer service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and Quebec.
